Access is founder-reviewed and may be limited, deferred, suspended, or ended while the product, support model, and operating controls are still being qualified.
Terms of Use
These draft terms describe the current Founder Beta use boundary for Folvern Cloud. They are not final commercial terms and do not replace a separately accepted paid agreement.
Use Folvern for lawful service-business operations, internal workflow evaluation, client context, delivery, revenue, support, schedule, reporting, and evidence review within the capabilities actually enabled for your workspace.
You are responsible for having the right to enter or upload information to your workspace. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, regulated sensitive data, or confidential third-party material that your organization has not approved for beta use.
Folvern can organize recorded context, risk, next actions, and evidence. Consequential business decisions, customer commitments, payments, permissions, contracts, and other sensitive actions remain the responsibility of authorized people.
Founder Beta does not promise uninterrupted availability, guaranteed accuracy, guaranteed business outcomes, risk elimination, regulatory compliance, or autonomous decision quality.
Third-party providers may support authentication, hosting, database, monitoring, email, or other functions as they are qualified. Availability and terms for those services remain subject to their own providers and Folvern’s approved configuration.
Do not misuse access, attempt unauthorized testing, interfere with other tenants, bypass controls, scrape protected areas, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
Requesting access does not create a paid subscription. Any paid Founder Beta arrangement must state price, billing frequency, renewal behavior, cancellation, refund terms, and material limits before payment is authorized.
Features, limits, workflows, and beta availability may change as Folvern is developed. Material commercial or legal obligations should be governed by the version of terms actually accepted for the relevant arrangement.
Use Founder Beta deliberately while the commercial framework is finalized.
These draft terms are intended to make the current product boundary understandable before access. Before first paid activation or general availability, qualified counsel should review final service terms, limitation-of-liability language, dispute terms, intellectual-property provisions, data-processing terms, governing law, commercial obligations, and any required consumer or jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
